Rates vary during the year, the following are low and high end ranges.
During summer & fall months, a two night minimum is required for weekends - other holidays such as MLK & Presidents weekend also require a 2 night minimum. Room rates are based upon double occupancy, a fee of $25 is charged for each additional person. Pets are $25 per stay and get a welcome treat upon arrival

) Robert Frost Suite
Robert Frost was a frequent guest of the Inn while writing and working in Vermont. His name may have been the inspiration for many of the guests that have stayed in this Suite since hundreds of letters have been written and left in a wooden box within the guest room. It is interesting and inspiring to read the broad comments on life and living, from past guests. The room offers a sitting area, four poster king bed and a bath with shower and jacuzzi. |

On the front east corner of the Inn is the Garden room, with soothing light green colors and garden prints that make you want to locate your gardening gloves and boots. ) Breadloaf Suite
The third floor suite is situated on the west side of the Inn and offers a birds eye view of the west lawn and gardens. Named after the Breadloaf mountain range that is directly up the hill from the Inn our Suite offers a king size bed, comfortable seating area and a bath with claw tub and separate shower. This room will have a "sitting room" with pull out sofa(s) or futons for additional sleeping requirements - see Otter creek room above |
