Libations at the Waybury Inn

At the Waybury Inn, we pride ourselves on our Yankee innovative spirit, and here at the Waybury, we come up with some pretty invigorating spirits ourselves. Each month we develop a new cocktail to keep things interesting.
Libations on our “Features Board” this month will warm you up with several hot concoctions such as a Hot Cocoa-Nut: a blend of Amaretto, crème de cocoa and cream with piping hot coffee. We loved this mixture and tried it chilled and up first as a Cocoa-Nuttini topped with a sprinkle of powdered cocoa in a chilled martini glass… yummy either way. Hot mulled wine is back by popular demand; a blend of red wines, citrus, and spices, our own recipe sure to warm on the inside and out.
We also take a lot of time to select wines that our customers seem to like. We offer a fairly broad selection of both domestic and international wines to pair with our menus as well as to meld with the season, red wines for the winter and cold crisp whites in the summer. We’ve got fabulous Pinots from Oregon and elegant Champagnes from France.
