A house specialty and a local LedgEnd Farm product.  The tenderloin cuts are pan seared before adding our peppercorn and brandy cream demi-glace, the venison is garnished with crispy fried onions

Rack of Lamb     $28.00
Oven roasted lamb chops seasoned with garlic, cumin and porcini powder and served with a shiitake mushroom demi-glace

Atlantic Salmon     $17.50
Grilled 5 oz. portion of Atlantic salmon filet which we brush with a sweet and hot mustard sauce served on a warm baguette crouton with seared greens

Sea Scallops     $23.00
Pan seared sea scallops on a bed of linguini, dressed with asparagus and baby peas in a light cream sauce and topped with crispy prosciutto

Seafood Tower     $26.00
A great combination of tastes, starting with a pan seared crab cake at the base, a large grilled sea scallop is added and the tower is topped with a grilled jumbo shrimp, an etouffee sauce provides a spicy finish
